Its still a great show. The first couple of episodes this series were quality, just a slight bump this week.

I'm sure it's extremely watchable, I'll be watching it. It's just got that "we don't know how many seasons this story's going to have so we can't do anything too daring" malaise creeping in.

I've been watching Friday Night Lights after you recommended it.

It's still a bit of a "perfect world" where everyone is good looking and some relationships never seem to have real problems like the coach and his wife.

But still good with good issues. At least it doesn't hide. On season 2.

Season 2 gets pretty bad while they chase ratings but after that it turns to pure gold.

I quite like the Taylors relationship, its more normal than most TV marriages IMO. Not everyone in the world is in a terrible relationship. Agree on everyone being good looking but sure that doesn't hurt either, and it started as US network TV so its pretty much just standard.

The new Curb Your Enthusiasm is still bloody hilarious.

I've decided Curb is the best thing on TV. If a show can make me spend half an hour laughing out loud on my own then its got to be great.

I love Curb. It's too good. Didn't even know there was a new series out though. Will have to try and catch that.

Another to add to the list for when i'm bored i guess. I downloaded Friday Night Lights after someone's recommendation (i think qs) but i didn't watch it yet too. I have a very very long list of shows to watch.

Same Naz. Have had the first 4 seasons or so of FNL for almost a year and also quite a few seasons of Curb for over a year but haven't really watched either. I watched 5 minutes of curb and it didn't seem that funny and I've never even opened the folder its in since then.

Only seen the first couple of Episodes but the last season of Entourage isn't exactly building up to anything spectacular so far.

Breaking Bad back on form this week. Excellent episode.

Finally finished the wire. Took about two months to go through all 5 seasons. Highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't.

Wish I hadn't watched The Wire so I could watch it again. One of my all time faves now.

Feel exactly the same way, Rex. Very rarely do you see a TVshow that adds variety, builds the story and remains interesting each season. contrast with Prison Break which, after a stupendous first season, devolved into 3 seasons of tedious chases and conspiracies.

If you like the period and the subject (which I do) then the Borgias is good. For joe public, it might seem a tad dry.

I watched the first episode yesterday. It was good, but I thought the pacing was a bit off. They seemed to rush through a lot of stuff, and I didn't really get a sense of foreboding about what's to come. But I have a reasonable feeling about the series.

Prison Break was an absolutely terrible show. Its amazing that it lasted more than one season.

There are an awful lot of really good TV shows being made these days though. HBO, AMC and FX make really great stuff.
