Probably a good call. You never know when Bale decides to step up though. His stamina towards the end of games is unreal.
Euro 2016 betting thread
I have Wales to reach the Round of 8 at 6/1.
Looks like a good bet Jens.
Decent return today, mainly because the odds on Croatia were insanely inflated for some reason:
Turkey - Croatia 2
Poland - Northern Ireland 1
Germany - Ukraine 1
Stake 300.00 kr
Odds 5.62
Won 1686.00 kr
I think there are a few interesting opportunities tomorrow too. Individual goalscoring bets on Ibrahimovic and Morata look very likely to pay off, and there's free money to be had for anyone who's willing to bet on a draw in the Belgium-Italy match. That game has 1-1 written all over it.
Chiellini first to score wouldn't be the worst punt imo
thinking of playing the 3 team parlay for tomorrow
belgium (draw no bet)
iceland (draw no bet)
portugal (draw no bet)
i really dont like this group
Iceland - Hungary is a crapshoot, not touching that one.
Might throw some down on Portugal playing another draw tonight.
All my accumulators failed this tournament. Annoying. I had Colombia and Belgium double at good odds but the cartels failed me.
The way Klaus has been winning so far I'd think everyone else have lost money.
I've made £20 so far. My goal is to not lose money, I only bet so that I'll care more about the matches.

Same here. It makes viewing more exciting.
I am up by about 40 only. There are a lot of late goals ruining bets.
Looking at the odds for tonight right now. There's good money to be had on a draw in France-Switzerland. Both teams only need a point each to qualify directly for the knockout rounds. Unibet, who have been giving away free money for weeks now, offer 3.00 on a draw.
I think the tempo will be fairly slow with this in mind and attacking opportunities will be limited. Under 10.5 Corners in the game sits nicely at 1.69. I'm going to bet on that one too.
I'm backing Romania too to the odds of 1.98. If they win against Albania they're practically guaranteed to qualify as one of the best 3rd ranking teams. Neither them or Albania would want the game to end in a draw.
What do we think about Slovakia-England tonight? A draw should comfortably qualify both teams for the knockout rounds no matter what Wales do. Unibet offer 3.15 which is seriously tempting. Rumour has it that Hodgson is making 6 changes to the team though, and England are probably going to be a lot stronger for it. Wilshere, Vardy and Sturridge are clear improvements. Walker will be gone too which eliminates another weakness. Less spurs and more proper footballers on display tonight. Their only disadvantage is that they haven't played much together.
Not sold on a draw, England will be out by the semis at the very latest, but against a weaker side with the three players you mentioned, I think there are goals in that team, and I think they'll do enough to win and clinch the number one seed.
Yeah, maybe. The other thing that speaks for a draw is that Slovakia will be desperate for a point to eliminate the possibility of finishing 4th. I think they will be very defensive.
i played england + wales wins with a draw no bet.
England's lineup is out and it is extremely strong. Probably very close to their best lineup. I'd avoid the game and concentrate on betting on a draw in the other game.
Spain - Croatia draw @ 3.10.
If Czech wins and Croatia loses, Croatia could end up third. Croatia would have to win by two goals today in order to win the group, something that's a lot to ask for when they'll also be risking ending up third if they fail. They are aware of this and will be happy with a draw. So will Spain, obviously.
Good bet.
I've got money on a draw too. Also backing Germany, Poland and the Czech to win their games. I made an accumulator for those four results on Unibet that gave me almost 30 in odds, so I punted some spare coins on it. I've got individual bets going too on some of the games. Poland and the Spain-Croatia draw seem most bankable today.
Quincy make sure to keep an eye on Norsk Tipping whenever deciding to place a bet. While they have slightly worse odds than the big international sites overall every once in a while you'll find lines which makes you think the bookmaker is actually a monkey just mashing at a keyboard. When they first came out with the 2014 World Cup outrights I got 10/1 on Germany. Unfortunately I had only about 200kr in my account over there at the time but it still turned into a nice profit. Of course big money came in on Germany in no time which moved the line back, but not before the damage was done.
