Interesting graphic, Monaco is absolutely outstanding at this transfer game.
Here's another one, Benfica is a conveyor belt of talents.
Twitter rumours saying Adidas will take over from Puma in a deal believed to be worth £350m over five years.
Can't be accurate. United had to sign up with Adidas for 10 years to get the same money per season.
The Adidas rumours have been around for ages, I doubt there’s any truth to it. With this new chap form Barca being a former Nike exec I wonder if he can get us a good deal there.
That deal will be 4 years old by the time we renew and there is probably some sort of ratchet in it.
I'm 95% certain Adidas will be our next kit provider and the headline numbers will be huge.

Fantastic chart. I've never seen a clearer visualisation of the "tiers" of European football. It shows you very clearly that we've been bracketed with Spurs and Liverpool for a long time, separated only by the edge and good fortune of steady Champions League qualification.

Maybe next year.

"In all, the club’s operating profits, not including player sales, fell 62 per cent to £20.7m, compared to £54.4 this time last year.
Arsenal’s wage costs also spiralled £13.2m higher in the six-month period, despite none of the players receiving the bonus they would have been paid had the club qualified for the Champions League."
Don’t wanna hear it mate. He turned down the world to stay with us and lead us to where we are

However, overall profit before tax in the half-year period almost doubled from £12.6m to £25.1m as a result of the sales of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Wojciech Szczesny, Gabriel and Kieran Gibbs in the summer transfer window.
Explains why we cashed in on Chamberlain so late in the window I guess, after Wenger repeatedly said he didn't want to sell. We would have registered a loss otherwise.

Guess it has something to do with someone in Arsenal’s finances.
Is she a gold digger?
Is he a dick?
Could it be both?
Find out on the next episode of the parents of the rich also cry.
Seem like she's just impossible to deal with. The clubs can't cope with her, he can't cope with herm and it seems like they couldn't cope with her in a job.
Some real gloomy outlooks on our finances without CL football 2 seasons running. Back to the old days of having to sell to buy. Rambo and bellers definitely on the auction block imo
Story in the times about certain players grousing about how much money PEA and ozil are getting.

Bye, bye Aaron
"Arsenal have also made it clear that none of the first-team players whose contracts expire in 2019 will have their wages increased."
😆
And people think this club is gonna change as soon as Wenger leaves. The board we have is right at the heart of the problem.
