😆
Would Wenger know how to deal with an ego and wages bigger than his own? Zlatan is surprisingly productive for a middle-aged man. I would buy him, but I am certain that his ego and wages will not impress Wenger
That's the main problem for sure - Wenger doesnt want to and wont let a character like Zlatan in the club.
Henry was the last person who had a Wenger sized ego at the club. He only likes players now that he can control and who will swallow his shite about us "competing".
You guys believe that players like Ozil and Cech don't have huge egos? I'd wager that even our worst players are massively self inflated.
They do, but ina very different way than Zlatan.
Besides, both their cases are different - they were basically pushed out from a bigger/richer club and were looking for escape routes which would make most sense for them. Zlatan is not in a similar position as those two were.

No I don't think so, Ozil Cech Sanchez and Giroud seem like really nice guys. Henry is a better analogy a nice guy but a bit of an asshole too, thats maybe what gave him his edge.
Vieira and Henry both had egos. It's been 8 or 9 years since Wenger dealt with players of that ilk. He's used to lambs now. That's what he knows
Oh we're behind at home to Watford....No biggy there's always next year.
Or should that be- No! Biggy! 😆
Yeah, I'm sure Wenger would turn down Ronaldo too, because of his ego. This is a given if it's possible, you don't turn down world class talent because they're harder to manage.
Also doesn't it essentially guarantee us a title? Zlatan always wins.
Zlatan wouldn't come here.
Would be a great signing, but I don't think it will ever happen.

van Persie had plenty of sass. So did Fabregas, Gallas, Nasri, Adebayor, Szczesny etc. Trouble is they weren't as good as Henry and Vieira.

Good guy Wenger. Shutting it down before we all got too vested in this rumour.
He's surprised at his name brought up apparently. He's surprised that a top forward is available in europe. So he must think we are good in the striker department. so cute. He also alluded to him being old and all, that door will probably never open I think. Was tough enough dealing with klaus' orgasm posts on every ozil touch, don't mind not having zlatan here too. 😛

Yeah, the trouble with sass is you have to back it up.

Lock it up Buzz Killington strikes again.
Yeah, who needs Zlatan when we can get Anthony Koura from Ligue 2.
