can't believe you guys didn't get more upset over them putting Evra over Alex Sandro! 😆

Why Alves over Lichenstener?
Exactly, not happening. Lichtsteiner is so much better.
No he's not. He's a carthorse, Juve fans mock him to no end, Alves will definitely start.
Not buying it.
I think he's a solid player and has been central to Juve's team for the past few years. Alves will certainly get games but, first and foremost, fuck him, and secondly I don't think he has much left in him.
Dani Alves isn't going there to sit on the bench. No chance.
lichsteiner has never impressed me. i'd imagine alves has gone there on the promise of a starting spot
They have two RBs who are over the hill. They'll both get plenty of playing time.
I don't actually think that Juve side is that great. Lacks pace
They have defensive solidity and tactical nous with lethal finishers. Different ways to skin a cat.

Sighed a sigh of disappointment.
Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) Szczesny from Arsenal to AS Roma, done deal. Agreement reached: loan + buy option clause (€16M).
Good fee.
That's a terrible deal. 😆 They get him for free for another year now and then they'll probably send him back. Making a deal with italians on the assumption that they'll pay you later has to be the funniest newbie mistake of all time.
Should've been an obligatory buy
Yeah, we end up with all the crapsters back at the end of loan deals! Would have been happy with just a £5M sale now done and dusted.

Do you know the loan is free?
Read earlier that it's a 1m loan fee. Wages probably paid by Roma too one would assume.
Im quite sure those deals include obligatory buyout, in many cases depending on the appearances made.
Those obligatory buyout is outdated now since FFP is dead. It was used as a tactic to get around it.
Not sure, wasnt Benatia just bought like that?
It is an option to buy, not compulsory.
Maybe we don't want to sell and want him back when cech is finished.
