It's a figure of speech. Theoretically some club could offer £200 million for him, but in relative terms he's priceless. Where else in the world are you going to find a 22 year old top class striker with as much in his locker as him? There are none. And even if there were, how much would they cost? Strikers are an extreme market, and we're fast approaching a situation where transfer fees are becoming meaningless for the biggest talents. Not only is the talent pool extremely shallow, most of them are already at big European clubs. And those clubs simply won't sell because they can't replace them.
Soon your only shot of signing a top-level striker will be players whose contracts are running out, like Ibrahimovic or Higuain.
