Zlatan will dominate at 34 imo. But his playing style has its downsides for his team as a whole. It will take more than zlatan to make a team like united competitive again

I'm with Klaus here. Never particularly liked Zlatan as a person, but even at 34 he is most likely going to be either the best of the second best striker in the PL right away. Depends on whether Aguero can stay fit IMO. He comes off a 50 goal season! His game has never really been about speed either, which makes my think the pace of the PL won't bother him too much. I really, really don't want Zlatan in England, unless we sign him.

Zlatan is a very explosive striker. Tall, powerful, very very strong and at the same time very agile. He has some of the best ball control from any striker in Europe. A commanding presence up front and a guy that will boost all players around him.

With Zlatan and Jose, United's confidence levels alone will be astronomical.

I liken Zlatan to the Cantona signing: Leader and a manly man. Proper rebellious and aggressive person. To add extra spice to this whole transfer, Zlatan hates Pep.

The United vs City rivalry will be great to watch as a neutral next season.

Think so too. He likes a player there who works hard and puts in a proper defensive shift. Rooney certainly still fits that bill.

BTW, i read a brilliant article about Benzema, his troubled past and present and an explanation of why he is the way he is.

I can also easily see, why Wenger would not want "his kind" here, but bloke is a special footballer and if there were was a chance that he's being let go from Madrid, i want us to do everything to get him.

I don't think PSG will be up to much this summer. Certainly not buying Higuain who'll cost south of £60 million. The reason is the drop in oil prices. Oil basically went from $115 per barrel in June 2014 to under $35 this February. That's a massive loss for Qatar and I bet they will be careful with their spendings right now. The PSG squad already costs a bunch.

I saw Zlatan's agent Mino Raiola mention the same thing when he was asked by L'Equipe if he thought PSG would replace Ibrahimovic with Higuain. The indication he had been given was that the club did not intend to spend a lot this summer.

AW has been keen on Benzema every summer since he left Lyon.
IMO he is the CF AW wishes Giroud was, and that Morata could become.

Nope Qatar is all about the gas. And they're doing great. They can't give the money away quickly enough. They give 14yr olds 40k a month dole. Gets to about 90k a month when there 18 years old. They have 200 years of gas left at current rates. Every 18 year old drives Bentley's. If there 5k watch breaks they just throw it in the bin.

If you have a wedding the government gives then 250k to pay for it. You can get married a heap of times and just collect the money.

The fact that they have natural gas didn't stop the Qatari economy from plunging when the oil crisis struck, because they can't export it to Europe at a good profit. I know the Qatari are still rich, but when your industry is suddenly worth a third of what it was two years ago it puts brakes on how much you're willing to spend elsewhere.
