He's clearly better as a footballer in my opinion too Klaus, when I say "not by much" I'm including the age difference basically; Giroud is at the peak of his powers now while Kane will still improve (reckon not by as much as many think though).
I reckon Kane is going to be a Darren Bent-like player basically (small note: it seems that I rated Bent higher than a lot of people); he'll have seasons where he scores >20 goals and then he'll have years where he's stinking up the place. I wouldn't be surprised to see him flop at United in a few years and then move to Stoke or some similar club where he'll finish with a respectable >100 PL goals in total.
I don't see him establish himself as a permanent fixture at a top club though. I don't think he has the mentality to be a big player.
So an observation based on absolutely nothing then.
It's based on watching him.
Giroud is better than Kane but Kane is decent.
As Klaus said he won't reach an elite level
Kane is a kid. He's had two excellent seasons. he's going places. Don't let Spud hate blind you.
Oh, he's gonna go places in Europe every Thursday night alright.

Glascow, Mainz, Trondheim, just some of the exciting spots he might be headed with Spurs.
I would buy him and dump Walcott/Welbeck. He will outscprecthat combination the next three years. By some margin. We really need a good challenger/heir to Giroud. I've given up on getting Cavani-level forwards.
Outperforming Welbeck shouldn't be the standard to hold players to at Arsenal.
Another OTM fraud Higuain on 20 league goals by January.
He is certainly having the best season of his career.
He's stellar. We need to buy him in the summer.
We should've got Higuaín when he left Spain. He's the definition of a prolific scorer.
Opinions have really gone 360 degrees on Higuain here for some and it's all credit to Sarri.
Yeah, he might even score a decisive penalty this season.
