Not really, most are Brazilians because they can offer more money and has no work permit issues. There are quite a few top Brazilians playing there who would be stars in Europe as well.
You have many Brazilians plying their trade in China because there are loads of Brazilians playing football in every country in the world. There are probably as many Brazilian (semi-)professional players in the world as there are European players.
