Thought I'd create a thread instead of clogging up the General football one.

Let's kick the thread off with what has to be the worst offside decision in the history of the sport πŸ˜†

VΓΆller's reaction to the goal is worth watching too

Good time to create one now that it looks like there might be a hint of a competition for the title on the horizon with Dortmund only being 5 points behind now.

I didn't expect Tuchel to be able to reorganize them so much offensively in such a short time. I didn't know much about him other than his good reputation, but I thought he was going to be more of a AvB type manager with bigger focus on a solid defense and midfield.
Speaking of their midfield, all of them are looking pretty good. Gundogan seems to be doing well again, he made a delicious pre-assist today for their third goal I think. Kagawa career seems to have revived a bit as well, Mkhitaryan doesn't look like a flop anymore. Weigl has been a surprise though, probably one of the better DM in Europe so far this season.

Yeah Tuchel has been a very attack minded manager at Mainz a few years back, had them playing the best football in the history of their club. Before Bayern turned the league into a one horse race they even set the record for consecutive wins at the start of a season. Dortmund look very promising indeed, Weigl fits their team perfectly, very impressive for a 19 year old who came from the 2. Bundesliga. Mkhitaryan has already more than doubled his goal tally from last year, looks a lot more like the player he was at Shakhtar few years back, interesting that him and Costa are now among the very best players in Germany after playing together in the Ukraine.

We should try and poach Reus next window or in the summer the latest, they might be more willing to let him go now that the rest of their team doesn't look completely hopeless.

I want Aubameyang. He's upped his game massively.

I like Weigl as well. I'm surprised to know that he's only 19 year old. Thought he was some talent poached from Eastern Europe. Might be confusing him with the guy they bought previously.

That offside is simply ridiculous. How did he miss that? Is like he was literally daydreaming.

Reports of tax investigators raiding the DFB (German FA) headquarters in Frankfurt as well as president Niersbach's home. Good news but I remain skeptical until I see someone convicted for the bribes/embezzled funds. I'm more concerned about the tax investigators, the last time a group of them was successful in my hometown the whole group were declared insane and unsuitable for service by the court's psychological consultant.

Bayern's formation vs Stuttgart:

This is just ridiculous.

That's a squad without Gotze, Ribery, Lahm, Martinez, etc. I see goals though. Hat tricks

Talk about inverting the fucking pyramid. Ridiculous stuff.

Kagawa scored again. He really should sue Ferguson for wasting two years of his career.

Fuck Robben. Players like Neymar and Costa have been few and far between since Ronaldinho became fat - they can do whatever they like .

Even if it wasn't the biggest cheat in the game criticising Costa I don't see how being good and actually finding joy in the sport you play is unsportsmanlike anyway. Similar to Neville talking about clattering Rosicky because of his no look pass, these people need to be stomped out of the game so people who like football can actually enjoy it, on and off the pitch.

It's a great example of the kind of attitude that has fostered the most toothless generation of European footballers the world has ever seen.

Deschamps had it spot on when he described himself as a water carrier in the French team. Guys like him are there to make room for more talented individuals to do their thing. Some of these Leverkusen players should count themselves lucky to be on the same field as Costa instead of feeling offended that they got done by a sublime piece of skill.

πŸ˜† To be fair I don't think any of the Leverkusen players complained about it, it's just Robben being a hypocritical piece of shit as usual.

Wasn't Cantona the one who called Deschamps a water carrier?
