None of this shit makes sense. I can’t believe a high return PE fund looked at one of the most valuable football clubs in the world and thought “yeah, this is where we wil get a whopping return”. I’d love to see the investor presentation. These guys definitely had some crazy ideas about how they could outsmart the system - through better player trading or a super league.
