IMO our next manager depends more upon what happens with AW.
If AW remains with the club in any capacity then I think it's more likely that we will see a younger & perhaps less proven manager AW can mentor even as DoF / Technical Director, and to ensure that his values are maintained.
I don't think AW will want an independent and experienced manager to come in and make enough changes that both removes his mark on and off the pitch.
