He doesn't blook arsenal standard. Pochettino has done great things in the prem.

Pochettino is not the standard I want either to be honest. I want someone who'd be ahead of the competition, Diego is the dream of course but someone like Emery would also be way better than Poch. Favre would be another interesting option, questions about his longevity remain but tactically he's one of the very best in Europe.

Markus Weinzierl is the next one.

He has Augsburg doing really well although Europa league has taken its toll on them this season but for them to qualify for that shows how well he has done. He's turned Schalke down once already but I have hope he'll end up there.

Schalke have now signed the Mainz sporting director who got Klopp and Tuchel to join them.

Carrying on from this Weinzierl is rumoured to be very close to Schalke. Brilliant choice if true.

Allegri is far from the best manager in Italy, let alone Europe. Tactically he's limited and too rigid.

I'd love someone who connects with the crowd and players like Simeone or Klopp.
I know most managers do so at some point but I'm hard pressed to think of more who are top flight.
De Canio was another but was tripe as a manager.

Thought he was a talent as a player but was a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

i' m still a believer in Santa Claus from Southampton. to keep taking a team that's been constantly decimated higher and higher each season is remarkable. i think he would settle in nicely as Arsenal manager
