I don't get that feeling with Chamberlain at all. I reckon he works very hard and puts tonnes of pressure on himself. For a number of reasons, it's just hasn't happened for him.
Seen this mentioned numerous times but I don't see anything to suggest that. Ramsey around 2012 was that type of player, his work rate was always very high but he clearly had mental issues; that miss vs City where he was completely free in front of Joe Hart and skied the ball from like 9 yards out comes to mind.
Why would Ox on the other hand work hard in training when he doesn't during matches? His defensive contribution is downright disgraceful, never tracks his marker and always hangs around the halfway line in hopes to latch onto a long ball for a counter. His ball control is among the worst in the squad, injuries or not he should learn how to control a ball by now, it actually leads to more injuries as we've seen with the collision with Mascherano. His stamina is also horrible, unlike Campbell who got better when he got used to EPL football Ox hasn't improved in five years here, he's finished around 15 games out of 130 or so.
