Diaby mightn't have been a top tier talent, but his particular mix of attributes made him a very exciting and potentially brilliant player.
Height, power, pace, touch, and dribbling, don't often come in one package. His decision making was dodgy, but that would have improved with matches if he had been available.
Definitely not a Vieira MK II though, that was just lazy stereotyping.
