Superb save from Bravo against Ronaldo. Should have scored tho.
La Liga 2015/16
4-0, Suarez again
This is more humiliating than the 6-2 defeat Madrid suffered
Iniesta getting applauded off by Madrid fans
Poor Neymar getting battered, red for Isco correctly so
Bravo is a top 5 keeper
those madrid fans waving the white flag to surrender

I think it's largely down to the fact Benitez decided to be adventurous in this match (apparently due to pressure from the players) and that has resulted into their disjointed pressing. They used to drop back and defend in a compact block but now they are expected to press high up the pitch. You can't master it in one match, needs a lot of fine tuning.
They didn't press up high in the first though. Not sure about the 2nd as I stepped away.
But in the first they were quite deep and invited pressure - though I wouldn't say they defended well as a compact block. Kroos and Modric looked well off, and Varane made a few questionable decisions (should have tracked Suarez on Barca's first).

That's not what it means. At Bernabeu, it's used to show that the fans want the manager gone.
Suarez is simply amazing. Out of this world along with Neymar.
Can't believe Barcelona have the world's top 3 players in their frontline.

oh really? thanks for the correction!
Waving white handkerchiefs is common in all Spanish football stadiums, it just means the crowd is moved by a performance, 9 times out of 10 they are disgusted by their team's showing. Although to be fair Quincy's explanation is true too

if you thought they were deep tonight wonder how you'd describe their set up against PSG. ...

Just rewatched the game, Iniesta was breathtaking. Not a fan of the "big game player" idea the British media are trotting out whenever they're looking for a stick to beat someone (usually Ibrahimovic) with but if there's any big game player at all it has to be Iniesta, nobody comes even close. MOTM and goals in WC finals, CL finals, Euros finals, that goal vs Chelsea and dozens of Clasicos. One of the greatest midfielders ever.
Aduriz with another hat trick today for Bilbao. 23 games, 20 goals, 5 assists now this season, best season of his life at 34 years old. He'd take a yard or five off Giroud in a race too.
Nobody out there who could improve us though.

Gary Neville takes over at Valencia, Phill must have such an inferiority complex
Brave move to make Spain your first managerial job.
Maybe Wenger can ship Welbeck to Valencia for Β£20m in the January window.
Ridiculous appointment, no wonder the fans are rioting openly lately. Had a lot of time for Valencia going back to the days of Vicente, Aimar, Ayala and co (even had a Mendieta shirt back then) but with these appointments by Peter Lim (the other Neville prick is a coach there too) and Jorge Mendes running the show, shoving shitloads of money directly into his pockets by selling them his overpriced clients they can really fuck off.
Shows big money is not always good money, they went from a respectable club to a United cunt shelter and Gestifute shopping window monstrosity.
