You're absolutely right, his abilities as an analyst and as a manager are separate. There is some crossover but they require different skills. It's just coincidental he's shit at both.
Initially I thought he was decent but I've long since come to my senses. I hate everything about Neville. His rat face. His dirty ways. His stupid hair. His teletubby house. The only thing he's got going for him is his dad's name and having a brother that is somehow shitter at what he does and stupider looking that he is.
