Claudius I think it's a case study in the logistics of film production. I really credit the Marvel corporate team for seeing, right after the success of the original IRON MAN, that they could build out something massive by way of careful contract and project management.
They went straight out and signed people like Jackson up to seven movie deals, something that hadn't been done in decades. They also adopted an eclectic, picaresque, light comedy tone for the whole series, which has really helped them to iron out any misalignments.
The whole run through to ENDGAME isn't good "cinema" by any means, most of it's formulaic trash, but from another point of view they pretty much created a new and extremely difficult to replicate story format. And it's actually so hard to do it looks to me like they'll never succeed at it in the same way again.
