The difference between the quality of Cazorla and Iqobi/Akpom (whoever is playing if he is dropped) is just too huge for the overall team to get better by Ramsey playing in the middle.
For this instance I can agree, but over the years there are far too many times we could actually surprise people a little with our various options and just opted for the norm. It works for 90% of the games, but for 10% where the opponents are well prepared we suffers.
