He's a great player. You don't have the career he's had by being at the level some people think he's at.
People only have a low opinion because he looked average alongside Messi, Villa, Neymar and Suarez but still was a regular when they won the CL in '11. There are definitely better players out there but if we're not signing any of them, then Pedro would have been a good signing as well. Reasonable transfer fee as well.
I haven't been paying attention to transfers, what exactly happened with Pedro and United? How close where they to actually signing him?

He likes to get in behind and he scores goals. That's me sold before you even consider the rest of his game which is pretty underrated.
