In terms of quality on the ball under pressure it's not far off, maybe a bit hyperbole, but it's really weak imo.
As for vision, you can't look at it without taking execution into consideration, Ramsey and Wilshere might well have better vision than Santi, but never ever better execution. Santi's passing is miles ahead, especially under pressure.
Ramsey reguarly fails in the big games, and comes off as a bit of a clogger on the ball, especially in the Dortmund games where they used to press us like mad he looked pretty shit, his technique on the ball isn't top class.
