These lists are somehow never accurate every season. Every club will have a few players that is stated to be released but ended up staying at the club.

There you go.

#Diaby hasn't been released by #Arsenal. Out of contract. But verbal agreement with the club. Talks ongoing for a new contract.

Straight swap with Cavani.

Straight swap with Verratti.

GREAT NEWS: Galatasaray have reached an agreement-in-principle with Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski, reports in Turkish press claim. Fee €2m.

Arsenal's Ainsley Maitland-Niles (17), is set to join Ipswich Town on loan. Should gain valuable experience. (ESPN)

Didn't think we would be able to ship out Podi on his wages.

If the article is right, then the symbolic fee is the answer.

Turkish teams can pay monster wages due different taxation %, make it so Wenger.

Cech is probably done then. Bet Wenger laid it out for Ospina and Szczesny and asked which of them wants regular game time and which is content of being #2 for the next 3-4 years. There's your answer. Go on Ospina, well done.

Yes, that reasoning certainly would suit certain agendas very nicely. Or, there's also a slight chance Wenger thought about which GK he thinks has more potential.

Any way, there's nothing concrete on Cech or Ospina right now.

You'd think the current Arsenal #1 would be able to find a better club than Fenerbahce.

Ospina is a professional who wants to play. Szczesny wants to keep his ridiculously fit girlfriend happy by living in London, earning a decent wage and having a laugh with his mates. I dont blame him, its a good life to be #2 behind a much better #1 - there are no real expectations for you.

Oh, now I see why you don't like Szczesny, Marv.

Well... you'd think we'd be shopping for #1s somewhere other than Tesco
