It's a mess really, and when we sell our players we sell them for really low price compared to the market. Spurs is selling Wimmer for 15m pounds and he's been utter shit for them.

Slightly surprised we let Bennacer go permanently. I remembered he was one of the signings Jonker made that was supposedly highly rated.

I wonder could we do a loan swap deal with Everton. I don't particularly rate Barkely but at this stage he could fill a gap for us for a season and see if he improves. In return we could offer Everton one or more of Gibbs, Welbeck, Wilshere, Campbell, Debuchy, etc

No chance. I think he is in his final year.

To be honest we are a bit of a rouge outfit, no tactics or structure, but Barkley might do well for whoever is in charge in a couple of years time.

We could send all of Campbell, Debuchy, Gibbs and Welbeck and Everton will still feel like they got a raw deal.

Would love to swap Barkley for Walcott, if Everton are stupid enough to go for that. Koeman has said they want another forward - let's give them a marketable English one.

Crazy to even be in this position. You're going to overspend on just average/good players next year. Think Schneiderlin/S.igurdsson. If I were in Wengers position I'd be doing whatever I could to gey Lemar in, to get Jorginho in and allowing Oxlade and Wilshere to leave for a not so high premium. Otherwise next season is going to be shambolic.

Ramsey is not free next season...where'd you get that Anfield? Although, he does only have 2 years left we really should be tying him down to an extension now. Or, we'll be right back in the same boat next summer.

Really? I'd definitely hang on to Mustafi. He's a bit short for my liking but he's a good age and definitely has talent.

Keep him. What's the point of having such a high turnover of players? We've not exactly shown ourselves to be capable of replacing players as it is.

Mustafi is at worst our 2nd best centre half. Possibly our best depending on Kos decline. Selling him now would be nuts.

I'd sell Mustafi. Ok he may be one of our best centrebacks but he's not at the level we need. Happy to dispose of anyone who hasn't got the quality and characteristics we need

Qwiss would rather sell one of the CBs who are worse than Mustafi than sell Mustafi. That sounds like a nobrainer to me.

No more than he deserves. He had 2 chances to step down with head held (relatively) high - on the back of FA cup wins in 2014 and 2017. He deserves every single plane banner calling for "WengerOut" and every abuse that he cops from fans after that. His "anything goes" attitude has infested the club from top to bottom - from players to coaching staff to everyone else.

Interesting Wenger didn't completely rule out Mustafi leaving. Seems like this is open.
