Aouar is already worth not much less than 50m to Lyon probably. I like him a lot but I don't think he's what we need at the moment, he's basically what you add to a functional solid midfield whereas we need basically an all inclusive solution.
If we have any brains whatsoever we ring Agnelli for Bentancur. The fucking idiot just signed an extension shortly before they got Rabiot and Ramsey in but still, if we play it right we could entice him to form our central midfield with his compatriot for years. He's almost the polar opposite to Ndombele in that he's not flashy but as a midfield prospect he's similarly exciting, very few players his age who have the calmness on the ball and telepathic positioning to intercept a pass as he does. He also has a very passable weaker foot which would raise the count of Arsenal FC players who can use both feet to 1.
