I'll have another go, more coherently without f words - this motherfucking idea that 'Ospina wants to play more than motherfucking Szczesny and so that's the reason he will leave'* is very convenient and lazy analysis by those who have already argued that Szczesny isn't serious about becoming a top GK. I liken his problems somewhat to Wilshere's, he's maybe foolish to attract so much negative publicity about smoking etc. but it doesn't mean he's any happier to sit on the bench for Cech. For all we know - and it's really not a lot - Wenger has more faith in Szczesny becoming a top GK in the long term, and that's why Ospina might be motherfucking sold - nothing to do with their attitudes or ambition.
*of course we don't know if Ospina will be sold. But just responding to comments about the reason if he is.
