Maybe, my opinion doesn't feel like it's in the minority outside the forum though, certainly not among the Arsenal fans I know.
The last poll on here had a whopping 87% in favour of Wenger out, in contrast the AST poll had nearly the same percentage on him being the right man to lead us just a month earlier (and they have a much bigger sample size). A talk-sport poll had it at 68% on Wenger out, and I'm guessing that's skewed by other fans.
Either way, it's usually dependant on the circumstances surrounding the poll, with folks like myself constantly flip flopping, the truth is probably somewhere in between. You might be right though on it being a perception issue, either way it doesn't really matter.
