That's a nice idea in theory but it doesn't really happen in EVERY game. For any team. Least of all after an international break.
As long as you don't concede a daft goal, a team of our quality is bound to put together 20 minutes of good football and score.
Of course, there were players like Walcott and Ozil who weren't really even in the game at all in the first half. But the others were ok.
