He was throwing rocks at a car, not a person. If you watch the video there are upwards of twenty shots fired during the incident. These officers of the law need to learn their trade or be disarmed. I'd rather not wait until it's a friend or a family member who has a bad day and gets gunned down whether intentionally or otherwise.
All the cops in my town are carrying batons, handguns and tasers these days. They can barely move, it's hilarious watching the fuckers waddle around with that arsenal strapped on their buttocks.
