I would advise everyone to work in England, as a player or a coach, it just breathes football. It is fantastic for the game. I want to work and train a team in England. Not as a head coach but instead as a member of staff, where I could work specifically with the strikers.

I hope he does well and can, in future become an Arsenal coach and perhaps manager.

How are our other former players doing with regard to management? Other than Tony Adams, who is pursuing management? And how is Tony doing anyway?

Good luck to him. A perfect appointment for the guy I would say.

As has been gone over often enough, his fear of flying probably rules him out of actual management at the top level - not sure if his personality is quite right for that job either. But I'd love to see him coaching our forwards some day.

Zico - Adams is managing in Azerbaijan right now. I think Gabala, where he is, are the top team in Azerbaijan, and have an owner who's trying to invest in them.

It might actually be a smart move by Tony, to learn the game away from the English media glare and away from the things that would get him into trouble in England

I don't really think Adams is smart enough to be a particularly good manager.

He can probably cycle to all the games in the Eredivisie.

Or just hitch a ride on a tulip and chocolate wagon right?
