Apart from Solskjaer, i don't know any player that has maintained decent levels of performance without regular play.
Alexis has hamstring troubles? 🙁 As for Rosicky - he has a 6-8 game brilliant streak in him, enough to be useful while we're waiting for Özil and Ramsey to get fully back up to speed.

He has saved many people from completely losing the plot.. Before every game people were suggesting him to be rested, but Wenger, the über-troll wasn't having that. 😆

We couldn't afford to rest him earlier on this season given our injury pile up, at least now we have Theo, Özil, Giroud and Ramsey available again.
Yeah, ironically he got injured after he was, sort of, rested.. But, the guy wants to play every minute, and it's hard to blame him after his time at Barca, where he didn't play enough.
He's an animal, mad for football, I imagine he's miserable on the bench. Best to leave him out of the match day squad completely if we want to rest him.

Not worth risking Alexis if there is a hint of injury. Ozil needs to come in and earn his duckets, else use Ox-Walcott on the wings. The options exist. And leave Sanchez at home so the others don't laze about hoping that he'll bail them out. @ Flobaba, 4th is not a title
