The half season with Arteta and Ozil in the midfield he was flying. That era coincided with my season ticket days. I remember him holding back tears when they gave him the mic to say bye 😢

Loved Rambo. My Arsenal favourite player during his time. He got a lot of stick towards the end too, no real fault of his own.

Picked Arsenal over United. Always gave 100%. Could have been better than he eventually was if not for the horrendous injury. Won us FA Cups and had one of the best individual season ever for a midfielder before injury problems struck again. Loved Aaron Ramsey.

Was brilliant for us in that FA Cup game at West Ham. Always seemed a shame he didn't get more of a look in, but the Goalie was the goalie.

Wow, how freakin awful. I remember Alex fondly. Never reached full heights, but was a capable backup to Seamo for us in his time here, especially in the 98 season. RIP Alex.

RIP. Remember him fondly from the 97/98 season and was also the first Arsenal player in my time to have my first name.

Edit: Turns out he even got a PL player of the month in March 1998 when he had a run of 6 clean sheets in the league with Seaman out. Remember him playing a big part in the run in but didn't remember the award. That's only ever been won 10 times by a goalkeeper.
