Coming out is okay, as shown by Neuer this couple of years. However, you have to have the ability to consistently pull it off.
There's no real difference from Szczesny and Fabianski antics. One is being punished sporadically, one consistently.
Both of the goals were major fault of his. The first, he should never have come out that far as Mane is in no man's land. Once he made that mistake, even if he followed him it would easily be a goal too. The second, he should have just let our defenders clear it as no Southampton players were near.
