The talks of Schneiderlin should be over by now. We don't need to pay 30M for such average qualities. Coq is already better, and has Arsenal-esque technique in tight spaces, at times you think he's Cazorla the way he fools the opposition with a great 1st touch or dribble.
People want Schneiderlin so we can sit in the big away games, but how many games is that? Around 5. Do you pay 30M for a player, where he's useful for 5 games? No.
What we need is a player(or two), who can play the DM position, and one of DLP/B2B. My two suggestions would be Kondogbia and Gündogan. Both are streets ahead of Schneiderlin going forward, and both can play disciplined when neccesary.
