Keeper might not have gotten there either way but Rooney was clearly interfering from an offside position.
The whole point of the interference ruling is that a player who's in an offside position way outside the action zone and obviously doesn't affect the game won't keep a legit goal from standing. Rooney was right in the middle of it all and basically moved out of the path the ball took. There will be a report to the FA tonight from the monitoring referee in the stands where he criticises this decision, you can bet your house on it.
