Not even Cesc does that with Costa 'multiple times in the game'.
I read this thread mostly as too many fans having unrealistic expectations. What I expect from Ramsey, and any other Arsenal quality midfielder, is to do the basics well and produce 1 or 2 moments of top class every game. To me that means that Ramsey should predominantly defend well through position on the pitch, tackles and interceptions. He should also be a factor in helping us control the middle of the park, and be a facilitator to our attack through his passing and ball retention. The moments of class can either be the sort of ball he played to Welbeck, the vital block he got in the end, scoring from a good shot, or a late run where he scores or assists.
So, for me, I think Ramsey has had two very good games on the trot, because I think he has largely done what I expect from him.
