He has twice as many goals and assists in the same number of games, Welbeck is miles off Balo's current level let alone potential.

In all seriousness, Welbeck is not underwhelming (we could have seriously ended up with some wasteman like Park), but he sure as fuck wasnt our first choice. We were probably waiting for a much bigger fish, but looks like Falcao/Di Maria getting poached by United didnt activate a certain chain reaction at PSG/Real.
