Again as I said you have nothing to back this up beyond your imagination. Chelsea wouldn't sign another big striker anyway as they play one striker and they signed Drogba too. They couldn't keep Lukaku who's a young player happy on the bench. A big striker wouldn't bother joining as well.

I have nothing to back it up. Unless your Wenger and you video taped discussions with agents and are willingn to post them here either do you. But because I'm not 12 I don't put imo at the end of every sentence. Or say that's just your opinion at the start of every post. It's a forum it's all opinion rather that 100% proof. Please re read this as it's important.

All we know is that reports said we matched chelseas offer. Seems plausable.

Of course you have nothing to back it up because the claims you are making are the ones you only seem to have. This includes that we were looking to buy a big striker before Remy, Chelsea were looking to buy a big striker before Remy etc. There was nothing of the sort in the media and it's all just plain imagination on your part.

And the second bolded bit is untrue according to both BBC and Guardian sources but in your imaginary kingdom you are the king.

No seriously, Negredo would be fantastic.

He was on the verge of going to Valencia, but this has fallen through, reportedly.
He has also been injured for a long time, not even sure if he's off the crutches yet.

But i would take him in a heartbeat and let Alexis play up front until he's back from injury.
