pretty much every week in La Liga features at least one of Barca or Real just cutting through some relegation rubbish. You don't see Chelsea and City doing such things regularly. They actually go into games with bottom of the table teams concerned that they might drop two points. That doesn't happen in La Liga. When the big two face a team at the bottom, it's just a matter of how much.

The top 2 in Spain have scored 61 goals more than the top 2 in England in the same number of games.
They've also gotten much, much longer in the Champions League. Maybe they're just better than us.

I am certain that if either one of Barca or Real were in the Premier League, they'd win it. But they would face a bit of resistance. Not these absentee defenses on a weekly basis.
Moreover, Madrid, Bayern and Barcelona have by far the best strikers in the world as well. Two of whom break records every time they play, of course they score an absurd number of goals.
