Both Mangala and Fernando are brilliant signings for City. I remember saying I wanted those two here 6 months or so ago. Mangala is good on the ball, built like a tank, strong in the tackle and top class in the air both defensively and offensively. He also has very good pace for a CB, shows leadership and is vocal. Him and Kompany will form a formidable pairing.
