Only thing that surprises me about this is that I managed to predict this one right a week ago. Staggering.

Otherwise, a little gutted, had hoped Wenger might have been able to swing something in this one, and we'd have been able to nick him, but I guess that was never really realistic. Guess it means Kagawa will end up at Utd, and with Goetze & Eriksen staying at their clubs, I'm pretty much shit-outta-wishlist (unless we can swap van Persie for Adam Johnson - though that's hardly the stuff dreams are made of).

At least United fans will be seriously dissapointed and their egos will be bruised.

For all the talk of a declining Chelsea throughout the season, they won two big cups. They've made a huge signing. And they look to have an exciting future with the likes of Mata, Hazard and a recovering Torres.

Chelsea are now in a better position going forward than United, who should be very worried.

Hazard´s best position, and where he wants to play, is behind the striker as a number 10.

Thank heavens it's all sorted early on and we don't have to spend the whole summer thinking we had a chance to get Hazard or Kagawa. Presumably we'll sign Kalou and nothing else now.

Kalou capoue and if van persie leaves then giroud sounds more like our level, and I hope your right Rex because I get the feeling hulk will have moments of brilliance or could turn out like quaresma, and torres might have a strong euro and be back.
