When it comes to France, French football and Arsenal, Auclair is a usually pretty reliable source of info I find. His own opinions are often a little all over the place, though.

Anyway, Auclair's claim is that Hazard's dad (who might also be his agent, not sure) said that Spurs were the preferred choice on Belgian radio. I'd be suprised if he's making that up.

I haven't read/listened to what Aucliar said on this occasion, but I have heard him say a hundred things over the years that he has claimed as fact that have proven to be utter bullshit.

Like I said, what will be, will be. If he comes to Arsenal, great, if not, then good luck to him - and I forget about him.

Hehe.

In all seriousness on Auclair, and just forgetting about whether he's right on his claims more often than he's wrong, I don't think the guy has the first clue about football. I listen to him speak and it's like listening to one of those fans that claim they support Manchester United and still think David Beckham plays for them.
