Well that 8 goals more than Sanogo last season. Plus he's always been excellent at International level.

I never said he was Arsenal calibre either, thats you trying to shift the goal posts. I said he deserves a chance to see if he is or not ahead of Sanogo (whos had a chance and been shit) and Akpom, who could wait another year or two.

Sanogo did what?! He hasn't hit a proper shot in any of the games he has ever played for us. Not once. In this game I certainly don't count his horrible finishes as proper shots since they were just horribly poor efforts. The truth is that Sanogo should have scored twice today; once his hooves let him down with his first touch thus killing the chance, and the other time he showed no composure whatsoever.

the other day i was watching the anfield game from 2012 and i just turned it off. it's much too frustrating to have a player like that in your squad and not be able to use him. at the kit release arteta was talking about how much he likes diaby and how after a month of training the stuff he does is amazing. what's the point if he's just going to get hurt again. errrrrrhh so frustrating to have a awesome toy that you can't play with.

Sanogo has had plenty of good shots. It's just that they have either been blocked or been taken from poor angles.
