Yet to see all the talent that Balotelli supposedly has in store. He's an average striker, one who is physically gifted and has good technique but does nothing much with either of them.
Yet another player that so many people on here wanted but Wenger did well not to bite. Unfortunately that is true for players who would have improved us as well...
