Well Germany just raised this WC up a notch or two.
They may not have a star that stands out but that was a flawless first half.
Muller is a legend in the making as far as I'm concerned.. He's going to smash Klose's record
Was so concerned we wouldn't have another great match after such a bore QF, but wow. Nothing like I have seen before.

His mentality is absolutely incredible. Imagine if Özil had his mentality....he'd be the best.
[/Piss poor World Cup]
Not sure why, but this World Cup is not doing it for me. Can't quite put my finger on it.
What more do you want Est? A flying saucer to land in the center circle after the final and Elvis to emerge to present the cup......
It's the knowledge that we had no chance hence the complete lack of hope/interest from the general public, in England, meaning no cars waving flags, no houses draped in flags plus the stupid'o'clock times it's on. These things are annoying to people who hate football and their counter reactions inadvertently add to it. Watching other teams play is now about supporting whichever team you hate the least. Even the final between Germany and Argentina or Netherlands has no fantasy and is a case of elimination of whoever has the most cunts for me (Netherlands followed by Argentina though i would be happy if Messi won it).
But thats makes no sense Tone, who in their right mind thought England had a chance of even getting near the final.
As for the games being on at stupid o clock, well boofuckinghoo, we do that every week of the season.
That's my point. We had no hope. Exhibit A: Dules Regarding time, you guys are used to it so it makes no difference.
The one disappointment of the World Cup is the lack of any Arsenal player shining.
Joel Campbell?
1 goal?
Yup. Forget the stats and ask any Costa Rican.

Yep ruthless, his movement is of the best i have seen
Standard of footy has been low as can be for a World Cup. That brazil defence were like a pub team
Brazil had a defence?
Aside from the likes of Akinfeev and Pletikosa in the group stage, there has been some outstanding goalkeeping. Navas, Ochoa, Bravo, Neuer and Ospina in particular have been a joy to watch personally.

I'd say there are a few pub teams that wouldn't have been much worse, truly astonishing. Another chapter in this amazing World cup.

To me nobody comes close to Neuer. He is not just a stopper but an old school sweeper-keeper who also knows how to launch a counter attack. Szczesny really should study this guy instead of practicing useless ball juggling skills.
