Anything else leaves us seriously short somewhere. It's his own fault that so many players were required in one window.

Khedira, no doubt, is a quality box-to-box midfielder but i feel, with Ramsey, we have that role covered.
The Flamteta role on the other hand followed by CF seem, to me, to be our weakest positions and moron seems to agree judging by his actions. Remember him refusing to loan us a striker, last season, after finding out that we had signed Ozil. Now he is, reportedly, willing to buy a player he doesn't need just to stop us getting him.

Count is pretty much spot on.

We've lost Sagna, Fabianski and Vermaelen. We've replaced two of them. We needed a striker, a winger, a midfielder and a centreback to add to last season's squad. We've gotten the winger and we've added the centreback. Now let's replace Vermaelen, sign a striker and buy a midfielder.

I think we are a little bit stronger than we were last season, but still need 2-3 players to win the league (probably). We've replaced a few outgoing players and added Sanchez. That's pretty much it so far.

We're a little stronger, but so are the teams who finished ahead of us. And a couple who finished behind us.

Problem with that is our rivals are more than a little bit stronger.

Well Liverpool finished ahead of us and they're significantly weaker. City and Chelsea are stronger, so are we. Everton, Spurs and United are about the same.

Liverpool have a better squad than they did last year which will prove important. With or without Suarez they were looking at a significant point drop with the extra burden of games. They haven't spent their money well, but they have at least spent it and gotten a couple of good players in.

I think they've done what they could but losing Suarez just means they are a lot weaker than last season.
