15m is a great deal, only serve to prove how highly rated he is when fit.

In three of the five seasons he's been here he played between 29 and 33 league games, so it's quite possible that he'll stay fit over there.

Sounds like we're the ones to block United and/or they didn't want a swap deal. Hard to imagine them not swapping Smalling for Vermalean so I wonder if we asked for Phil Jones.

He's good on the ball for a centre half, thats why they like him. As a defender he's not CL level.
