Abramovic is buying Mallorca and giving it to his son, he already has like 55% of the shares. Allegedly it's so that his son can learn how to run a football club with a view to taking over Chelsea in the future. Really disrespectful to Mallorca, it's basically a training tool/toy for his son.
General Football 2014/15
I thought there were rules against owning 2 European clubs at once.
Well, is it against the law for his son to own it though?
What the fuck happened to Gündogan ...

That's probably the work around. It's in his son's name, or a trust, or an SPV, etc.
e: Fuck, Gundogan is FAT
Wish I could give my kids that sort of work experience!
It's no working at a BP filling station and getting paid with gingster's cheese and onion. Teaches you all the life skills you'll need.
Gundogan. Jeez. I'm horrified.
I used to have him on wishlists
Isn't it photoshopped?
I don't think so, just been googling around and it looks like his bloated puffiness is attracting a bit of attention.
He looks a bit like Dane Bowers now.
It'd be a real shame if his injury has ruined his chances of being a top player.
He really did had massive potential, I loved his style of play.
I dont think he has been able to have any excercise for a year due to his back injury. There were even nasty rumours flying around his career is over.
Not sure if the picture is real but like marv3llous says his back injury has supposedly been so severe he's not trained in a long time. Talk of him having bad back spasms as well so without any exercise for a while it's not surprising if he has got badly out of shape.
It's his own fault, he should be following a diet which is regulated by the club. No sympathy for him whatsoever.
Regardless of his injury status, he's still getting paid. The least he could do is eat at maintenance.
I don't know if it's true or where I read it but he was talking some kind of steroid treatment for his back problems, if so that could contribute to his weight gain.
A few months of training and he'll be back in shape.
According to this that picture might be from a while ago

Can't Uefa make their own decisions on such things?
David Bentley has retired at the age of 29, he's going into the restaurant business.
Bit sad how is career went.
Zidane beasting it at age 41

He ruined it for himself. Unprofessional and greedy. If he'd stayed here when he had the chance he'd at least still be a Premiership footballer now. He had plenty of talent.
Yeah, but probably his heart was not in it.
He thought he was too good to be on our bench in 2005. If he'd had the humility and patience to work hard Wenger would have given him countless chances here and he'd have made him a better player in the process. Instead he chose to go Mark Hughes and settle for being a bog standard English winger.
Heard from someone who went to school with him that he never really liked football.

Part of the club's past apparantly so they appoint Inzaghi. What was Seedorf going to do in 5 months?
Blatter says Qatar allegations are racist.

So players that complain about racist taunts and chants should get over it and shake hands yet he's concerned about officials bring offended by serious but very reasonable accusations.
I didn't think it was possible to think less of this blundering fool but there you have it.
He's a wily old fox is Blatter, despite all the allegations nothing sticks to him.
Oh it sticks, he just likes being covered in shit.
He always plays the racist card to suppress criticism as we remember when he used it to defeat Lennart Johansson in the election to replace his mentor, the even more corrupt João Havelange.
None of us were surprised that his supporters, then, President of the Confederation of African Football Hayatou Issa and FIFA Vice-President Jack Warner were disgraced by the corruption charges.
so i'm really at a loss. I don't understand. A global game, most popular all over with people so passionate and a simple and arguably remediable malady continues to be allowed on without a problem.
I'm not a fan of video technology for every decision but punish Fred today, and it'll hinder further diving and simulation. Totally takes the joy out and point of the game. What's stopping the authorities to act against such a big problem of the game.
The problem Doc is if you're going to allow a video review of incidents, teams will demand a review of every fucking throw in awarded against them, it will never end.
well, of course. But penalties are huge decisions which totally change matches. I also realize it's beyond tough to demarcate genuine fouls from falls, but i still wish there is a system to retrospectively punish these fuckers.
RIP Alfredo di Stefano. Read a lot about him, the first greatest player of all times sort of?
RIP Di Stefano.
Conte resigns as Juventus manager.
Wow that's a shock. Vidal and Pogba definitely in the market now? I would take Asamoah too.
Reckon its because he was told Vidal is being sold tbh.
