I'd take him for £20m especially as other options may be limited but also bring in a good LW player as well. Can't just put all our eggs into one basket and just assume he will come good. It is a risky signing but he could be worth a lot more than that if it turns out right.

True, i do think Milan will sell him but probably won't do it right now. They'll wait as long as they can to generate more interest and drive the price up.

If Milan are desperate to rebuild, he could be. H's just needs a home now. He can't live like a nomad forever

What's the rush to make the signing before the WC?
Players playing in the WC will be late in joining the squad anyway.

Balotelli is hardly unknown though, unless he's player of the tournament his stock will not vary greatly.

Hey you could put Flanagan in a bin bag and he'd look good 🙂

In Balotelli's case, I'd guess it's just as likely to fall. Agree with those saying it doesn't make much difference though. Everyone knows what a loose cannon Balotelli is and a good reputation takes a long time to build.
