Agree with Claudius about the Van Gaal worry. He's good for Utd, and I'm quite sure they'll be back up there.

Biggest difference yesterday was a mental one (not downplaying the tactical thing too much): that goal before half time saved the WC for the dutch. They came out like cold blooded killers, while the Spanish brats were still comfy in their entitlement delusion, falling further down with every blow. Iker was as bad as I've ever seen him, and he was deteriorating by the moment. Ramos too (and I normally rate him).
Fingers crossed Santiago gets an early unexpected rest. That'll be a major boost for us.
