Was feeling quite good with World Cup fever after that amazing game. But always good to check in here and be reminded of how Arsenal aren't going to buy anyone good and how shit we're going to be next season.

ITV must be feeling like right twats at the moment. They've got Wright and Hoddle embarrassing themselves on a beach and the unspectacular games so far, BBC get Henry and an absolute cracker to start off. Thought Henry was good to listen to apart from his praise of Van Persie which could be forgiven after that performance.

Anyway hopefully that kick starts the World Cup!

It was interesting to hear Henry's analysis of Spain and his comments on why Costa's not quite an easy fit in a team with Xavi and Iniesta pulling the strings.

That Iniesta and Xavi prefer a striker that will come short and link play/hold the ball up rather than constantly looking to run in behind as Costa does. That forced them into playing more early and direct than they'd like.

Yay! Vidal plays for Chile. Can't wait to see him over 90 minutes. Hope he's fully fit.

If Chile have as much about them as has been touted, they could top this group. I reckon Netherlands' result flattered them a little, Spain were absolutely dire. Robben and van Persie will hurt anyone though, rest of the side not so much.

Koke, Pedro, Cesc and Martinez are far better than Xabi, Xavi and Pique. The latter three are too slow and static.
